The image gives us a panorama steeped in majesty and history, where the Pordoi Pass and the Sassolungo emerge as icons of an enchanting and evocative Alpine landscape. Located in the Dolomites, the Pordoi Pass rises with its imposing presence, acting as a crossroads between Val di Fassa and Val Badia. Its historical importance dates back to ancient times, when ancient communication routes crossed these mountains.
The natural environment surrounding the Pordoi Pass and the Sassolungo is characterized by a unique biodiversity, with flora and fauna adapted to alpine conditions. Larch and fir forests dot the mountain slopes, while marmots, chamois and eagles reign supreme on the peaks. Today, the Pordoi Pass and the Sassolungo are still places full of charm and historical significance.
