In the heart of the Dolomites, between majestic peaks and steep valleys, stands the mighty Torre del Sella, an icon of grandeur and majesty that dominates the landscape around the Sella Pass. This place, immersed in the wild nature of the Alps, has a fascinating history.
With its over 2200 meters of altitude, it represents a crucial communication route between the surrounding valleys, offering a vital passage for trade and cultural exchange. During the 1920s and 1930s, the construction of roads and trails in the area helped facilitate access to this stunning mountain region, opening the door to a new era of exploration and tourism.
This work is available on Fine Art photographic paper or on Tiziano Canvas. The inks used are of the highest quality and long-lasting, guaranteeing brilliant and long-lasting color rendering. In the image you can perceive a sense of sacredness and contemplation in seeing the cross in the midst of such majestic and wild nature.
