The majesty of the Three Peaks is evident in their distinctive shape, three peaks rising regally towards the sky. Composed mainly of dolomite, these mountains show the typical characteristics of this type of rock, with vertical walls and tapered shapes. Their height reaches 2,999 meters above sea level, making them one of the most popular destinations for climbers. In addition to their natural beauty, the Tre Cime di Lavaredo are also rich in history and culture.
During the First World War, these mountains were the scene of fierce fighting between Italian and Austro-Hungarian forces. Today, remains of trenches and fortifications testify to the historical past of this region.
This work is available on Fine Art photographic paper or on Tiziano Canvas. The inks used are of the highest quality and long-lasting, guaranteeing brilliant and long-lasting color rendering. The aurora slowly rises behind the peaks, painting the sky in shades of pink and orange. The sun's rays filter through the rocky ridges, spreading a golden light that gently kisses the still sleeping earth.
